POST-PAID

We don’t believe in one size fits all, which is why we’ve developed the TOTAL Postpaid Card to be fully adaptable to your fleet management needs - keeping in mind your business requirements. 

• Your TOTAL Postpaid Card is made to order, which means you can customize it as per your requirement with spending limits set on Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Yearly bases in dollars and liters, according to fuel grades and locations.
• Now you won’t have to keep track of all the manual receipts received from the drivers, as TotalEnergies Card will deliver month-end invoicing directly to your inbox to consolidate your fueling transactions in an automated way.

The card can be customized in accordance with your needs and you can avail additional Value Added Services like the TotalEnergies Card Extranet Portal by subscribing to the exciting packages available for Postpaid Card customers.

Requirements:

If you are applying for a TOTAL Postpaid Card account, fuel consumption needs to be at least 10,000 litres per year equivalent to $1,000.00 per month and will need to submit the following documents;

• Business Patent
• VAT Registration Letter
• Business Registration
• Security Deposit of the credit limit you are applying for and/or previous year financials and/or bank statement and/or bankers guarantee.
• Company Stamp on application form.
• Personal Guarantee (original) form.
• Post-paid (minimum of 5 vehicles) (Less than 5 vehicles and/or new company operating less than 5 years will require a security deposit of the monthly limit)

PRE-PAID

Go cashless when you purchase fuel with TOTAL Prepaid Card - a convenient choice for personal use or even as a gift for someone else. With ease of facilitation in reloading the Card at a TotalEnergies station, Total Cambodge Head Office or through an online bank transfer, TOTAL Prepaid Card is the perfect choice.

• You can opt for a TOTAL Prepaid Card even if you’re running a business, as we provide invoice of your prepaid transactions.
• Your TOTAL Prepaid Card is made to order, which means you can customize it as per your requirement with spending limits, fuel grades and locations.

The card can be customized in accordance with your needs and you can avail additional Value Added Services like the TotalEnergies Card Extranet Portal by subscribing to the exciting packages available for Prepaid Card customers.

Requirements:

If you are applying for a TOTAL Prepaid Card account, a minimum top-up of $100.00 is needed along with Le and  Joint card & complete signed application.

Note, the amount deposited will be used to top-up your new TotalEnergies card. With reference to our bank account details, you can also do direct bank deposit/ EFT. Request to send payment to us confirmation once completed.

For company applications on Prepaid Account please provide the following:

Gift Card

TOTAL Gift Card is a multi-feature pre-charged chip card valid for one year.
A very professional handy gift to give your client as part of the promotional offer or to encourage staff or sales team.
